You can either print your ticket or present it to our staff on your phone on the day of the event. We cannot search for bookings on event days so one of these must be avaliable.
Our gardening talks and events that are held in our events room do have wheelchair access, however our Grotto is not. Buggies are also not able to enter specifically the Grotto experience however we do have a buggy park for customers outside.
Please check online prior to your arrival to see if there are any tickets available for your session. If not then please call the Garden Centre on 01892 852 828 and we can see if we can arrange something.
The Sussex Country Gardener reward card can not be used for event bookings.
We strongly advise that you book online prior to the event so as to avoid disappointment in case the event is sold out.
If we find it necessary to close the event for any reason then we will offer you a full refund or the option to book in to an alternative session (subject to availability).
If you are late for your allocated time or cannot make your session for any reason unfortunately we cannot offer a refund.
If your gift/s is broken or damaged please let us know within 48 hours and we will provide a replacement gift.
Please check all photo products before you leave the event to check you are happy with the layout. Unfortunately we cannot offer refunds or re-take photos after you have left the event.
Unfortunately we cannot change session times and cannot provide refunds for sessions missed.
